For this reason

  This is an absent week for me as my family tested covid positive. Classes again back to normal offline. First hour was optional. Some of them presented their seminars. Later session was handled by, Maya ma'am. She started the class with playing music. It was soothing and energising. And she continued the discussion of Naturalism, by a story building activity called Play way method. It was very interesting and fun. Then she discussed the   Aims of Education, and about Curriculum .        Afternoon session was physical Education. Moments of enjoyments and finding energy through playing. They played badminton, and some others chess , cricket etc . Last session was taken by Benedict sir. He discussed about the  Teacher behaviour it's elements, and difference between Cognition and Meta cognition . It was another thoughtful session.       

  World Cancer Day.....              It is an International day marked on 4 February to raise awareness of cancer and to encourage its prevention, detection and treatment.              Cancer doesn't mean the end of life. So never give up . Keep fighting!      Today first hour was taken by Maya miss about Different forms of Naturalism. Physical Naturalism Mechanical Naturalism Biological Naturalist Second hour was handled by Ancy ma'am at 10:45 am. She taught as Developmental tasks, developmental hazards and nature of task. Next session was optional by Meekha ma'am at 12pm. Drishya and Sr Jomcy presented their reading and reflection of Charles Dickens Great expectations and Bhamas Sangathi. 

 We were not having regular online classes today, instead we were asked to do assignment works. Meekha ma'am asked as to prepare individual digital poster as part of teaching aid and it was part of a competition conducted by natural science department of Peet memorial training college, Mavelikara.  This was my digital poster 😊

  As far as the academics is concerned, we had three hours today. First hour we had dear George sir’s class at 9:30 am, where he dealt with the importance of Physical education as a discipline.     In  the second hour from 10:45am we had dear Giby mam’s lecture on different methods of Studying behaviours in Psychology. She started off with the method introspection and gave us a chance to introspect while in class too.  Last hour at 12pm we had optionals where dear Meekha mam dealt with Lesson planning using Jam board. That was a new experience for me. 

  Maya teacher's class started with a song. Then we went on to discuss the concept of naturalism. Gibi teacher introduced us to the different schools of Psychology like structuralism, functional, psychoanalysis, gestalt theory, humanistic etc...  Joju sir taught us the Edgar Dale's Cone of Experience. 

  Today our day began with our beloved principal K V  Benedict sir at 9:30 am. Today  he discussed about our school induction program and its importance, lesson plan templates preparation, micro teaching skills and its presentations... These are the things that we have to focus more. Then he discussed what is a feedback, mastery learning, three questions and three answers that a teacher should ask them selves... Next hour was optional by Meekha ma'am at 10:45 am. Kavya did her seminar presentation on the topic silent way, suggestopedia etc... She presented very well and the class ended at 11:45am. Las t section was taken by Ancy maam, she discussed the Adolescent age in the developmental stage. Its physical, social, emotional, language, intellectual development and role of parents and teachers in the development stage. Classes ended at 12:50 am.

  Today first hour was technology class by Joju sir at 9:30 am. Sir taught about audio visual aids in education.The class was very interactive.We discussed many points related to audio visual aids.  Then we had psychology class of Ancy maam. Maam taught about Late childhood stage and it's physical, social, emotional and language development aspects.  Third hour was optional at 12:00 pm. Keerthi chechi presented her seminar on the topic pedagogic analysis.
