  It is the day full of joy, happiness, energy etc.. It is the Christmas celebration day for MTTC. All were in red and white costumes taking selfies, preparing for the Christmas competitions and the Christmas events. Around 11am the celebration started and the Christmas message was given by Rev. Fr. Jolly Karimpal and then together joining with our principal Dr.K.Y Benedict and Fr. Thomas Kayyalakkal they cut the Christmas cake 🎂. It was the beginning of the celebrations. The real celebration started with the carole song of first and second year student. Then there was programmes by each optionals Mathematics, Natural Science, MEd, Physical Science. Mathematics association presented a short skit on the speciality and importance of Christmas decorations including candles, cakes , trees etc. It was an innovative presentation.   The day begins with the assembly conducted by Mathematics Association. Assembly Started with prayer and then college anthem. First two periods were optional.  The next was handled by Maya Ma'am. In that period she explained more points about qualities and competencies of a teacher. Teacher should be empathetic, non- partial towards students, etc. The next two hours was taken by Ancy Ma'am. She taught us about various Principles of development.There are 7 principles of development. * Principle of continuity  * Principle of orderly development  * Principle of development  * Principle of individual difference  * Principle of cumulative development  * Principle of inter-relation  * Principle of developmental direction. Then we went for the practice of Christmas programmes..   The Christmas is arrived. The celebration has begun. Our college became beautifully prepared for the arrival of Christmas.

  The new day starts with small group discussion on the topic " Cyber crimes and ways to prevent them." The topic have soo much importance in today's world which is more or less rotating around the internet. The cyber crimes are rising with the development of usage of internet. We discussed thoroughly about the topic,  noted  down to make a small report for the presentation in the next class.  The next hour was taken by Maya Ma'm.   After the weekend holidays, we returned to college. The first two hours was handled by Meekha Ma'am. Ma'am firstly congratulated us for our togetherness and efforts during NAAC Visit. Even though we are newcomers, our unity and hard work was appreciated by her. Later we moved on with the syllabus. Ma'am gave us an idea about assignment, seminar etc.  Next session was handled by Joju sir. Sir divided the topic for assignment to us.  Sir then take the topic,  Technology in education and Technology of education. Technology of education refers to the principles and techniques teacher uses in making learning effective like giving reinforcement, making class child centered. Technology in education is the use of LCD projectors, presentation etc for teaching. After the class, there was a survey on life skills assessment for the research purpose of a research student. We have filled the survey forms           Then we  go to library to refer and take books. Library was spacious and

  It was the day we returned to college after NAAC visit and a holiday after the tiresome works from the past one week. First session was by Maya Ma'am. She gave a task for us to write our strengths and areas to be improved as a teacher. That was a self analysis for us. Ma'am also tell us to do a feedback on her too. The afternoon section was handled by Joju sir. Sir appreciated our efforts during NAAC visit. Sir concluded and briefed about our small group discussion topic - Pros and Cons of technology. Then sir concluded the class by explaining about Hardware and Software technology of teaching.

  It was the final day of NAAC visit. The day begins with the assembly conducted by the college union 2020-2022. The morning was very calm, and refreshing. We entered the college by wearing the Kerala Saree - the symbol of our tradition and culture. Everyone was more active and happy.  'There is beauty and power in unity, we must be united in heart and mind, one world, one people'.  Started with prayer , and then pledge , campus news , thoughts were filled. And the principal Dr. Benedict sir delivered mesmerizing thoughts also. Then, to receive  Christmas , students of all associations presented gifts to principal . And it ended with National anthem.  We got more time in the morning to capture beautiful moments of ours. It reflects , Do not wait for the perfect moment, Take the moment and make it perfect.  Then there was a new introduction to the world of robotics. It was a fresh and exciting experience for us.   It was the end of preparations and beginning of NAAC visit.  The day begins with the class of yoga. Sir explained the benefits of yoga and did some postures of yoga too. The next hour was dealt by Maya Ma'am. We together listed out the qualities and competency of a teacher from A to Z. Mar Theophilus training college Trivandrum was getting ready for the NAAC visit which is scheduled on Dec 14 and 15. As part of this mission teaching, non teaching staff was busy on its preparation. Students were assigned with different duties including the beautification of their respective classes. 

  The day begins with the class of our energetic Joju sir. Sir divided us into small groups and a small group discussion took place on the topic pros and cons of technology. There we got to see different thoughts and perspectives. Sir gave us an introduction about the visit to Santhi Mandhiram. Then we started our journey to Sandhi Mandhiram, Vattapara. We started our journey by singing songs and enjoying it. After a walk , we reached there. It was a beautiful place where many smiling faces were waiting for us. There we got to see so many emotions like happiness, sadness, innocence, curiosity etc. We together made them sing , dance with action song, Folk songs, group song , group dance etc. Joju sir and Gibi Ma'am together spread positivity there. The Manager of Santhi Mandhiram explained the history of the Santhi Mandhiram. The Manager and staffs are the example of  humanity still in our earth. They are humans with golden heart 💛.   The day began with our assembly. Today's assembly led by English optional. We made the arrangements properly with college Anthem, prayer, plege thought for the day, news, Association logo reveal, important of the day, logo meaning and followed by principas message. We also donated books to the library. Our association name Wes ALIFEROUS meaning having wings. In the meantime the people associated with the NAAC made a mock visit. After the dispersal of assembly the first hour was handled by Meekha Ma'am. Ma'am assigned as with the new duties and prepared Organogram. The next hour was taken by Ancy Ma'am She made a lecture on Growth and Development, The difference  between Growth and Development. "All the criticizations should be taken positively" As part of mock NAAC visit, professors visited our class during this time.  Afternoon we have done preparations for our talent hunt..   The day started Gibi teacher's class. Teacher summarised the things which we discussed in previous class and gave us the scope of educational psychology. Teacher also separated the students into different groups on the basis of different facts, like those wearing spectacles, those who knows more than 3 language, those who can swim and so on. It was an experiment to make us understand that individual differences can be found In every classes. So as a teacher we should understand each student of the class and make the learning process suitable for everyone.  The next session was work shop on flower set skills by Elizabeth mary Joseph Ma'am. She taught us many things. The different themes behind flower arrangement, the materials needed, single flower arrangements, Shallow flower arrangement,the rules to follow and so on.It was a very useful class because it is a useful thing in our daily life too that we can even make our home beautiful with simple things in nature.   The day starts with the class of Maya Ma'am. She enquired us about the feelings about performing on the stage. Later we discussed about the functions of education. The functions of education are individual development, cultural development, social development, knowledge, health, vocational, ideal citizenship, character, international understanding, and national integration. Later the class was handled by Shafi Thomson sir. Sir talked us about preparation for both university and competitive exams. The main techniques are perspective, syllabus analysis, time table, previous question paper analysis, focus on learning, avoid mistakes, combine study, self evaluation, stay positive and confident.   The day started with morning prayer@chappel. First hour we had the class of Archana maam on the topic psychology. Maam taught us definition, branches and schools of psychology.  Mind  is referred to as the totality of all the functions performed by the brain. Mind is a connection between thinking and emotions.  In schools of psychology we learned about structuralism, functionalism, behaviourism, humanistic, psychoanalysis, gestalt psychology and existentialism.  Then we had first Friday holy mass @chappel. Followed by talent hunt programs of Maths association 'Ankura' and English optional 'Operation B.Ed'. They rocked the stage. Their power pack performance made the stage active. It created a wave in teachers and students. It was a fabulous day😍😍

The day started with morning prayer. The first hour was taken by yoga master. It was a new experience for me.  " Yoga-the integration of body, mind and soul". Sir taught us many simple asanas like Tadasana, Talasana, Uttanasanaa and so on. Sir also said about health benefits of doing yogas, especially it's benefit in preventing lifestyle diseases.  After yoga practice, we had a very fantastic class on communicative skill by Asha maam.Gibi teacher introduced maam to us.  Then maam started with a game, It was a game using words, the end letter of a word(nouns) are passed to each student who should give a noun starting with the letter. The process continued for a while many of us eliminated at different levels finally, Silpa from natural science won the game. Maam said that we all have ability to use english, but we should use it on daily basis and then only it become practical for us to use it fluently. Maam also given us many qualities of a winner.   Another beautiful assembly day😍 Today is wednesday and today's assembly in Mar Theophilus was conducted by BEd malayalam students. Assembly started with college anthem and prayer song . Followed by campus news, thought of the day, newspaper bulletin, thought by principal sir and donation of books to library. Students of malayalam also presented importance of world aids day 2021. "End inequality, End aids". They also distributed red ribbon 🎗to pin on our sarees as a part of aids day.    After assembly we had optional class,Meekha ma'am gave as time for as to discuss and practice for our talent hunt.  After that we had maya teachers class, teacher played a music in class, which created a vibe in class. Later teacher taught us words of eminant personalities like Rabindranath Tagore and Aristole on education.
