FIRST YOGA DAY

The day started with morning prayer. The first hour was taken by yoga master. It was a new experience for me. 

"Yoga-the integration of body, mind and soul".

Sir taught us many simple asanas like Tadasana, Talasana, Uttanasanaa and so on. Sir also said about health benefits of doing yogas, especially it's benefit in preventing lifestyle diseases.
 After yoga practice, we had a very fantastic class on communicative skill by Asha maam.Gibi teacher introduced maam to us. 


Then maam started with a game, It was a game using words, the end letter of a word(nouns) are passed to each student who should give a noun starting with the letter. The process continued for a while many of us eliminated at different levels finally, Silpa from natural science won the game. Maam said that we all have ability to use english, but we should use it on daily basis and then only it become practical for us to use it fluently. Maam also given us many qualities of a winner. A winner should 
Look for possibilities, He should focus on gains, He should have a good programme or aim, and winner always tries to help others to win. 
Maam also give us task ,to write 10 common words we use in our notebook ie, assignment, psychological, interpretation, courteous, theoretically, insignificant, interactive, strategies, effectiveness, and acquisition without making spelling mistake. Then we had a story telling game in English. Annu from social science won the prize. 


Then maam also give us idea about the approach of a teacher to a student.Then we have a small live illustration on evolution by  6 students of each class guided by Asha maam, principal sir and Joju sir. We also wished Asha maam as it was a special day for maam, it was maam's birthday.I want to add that, Asha maams class was rich in all aspect-maams energy, vibe, attitude, teaching, communication all was very motivating. I am so happy to be a part of such a wonderful talk. 


Then after lunch, teachers went for NAAC visit preparations and we sat in the class where joju sir came and made a very interesting introduction section of our boy students.


Followed by Visiting of Science lab, Computer lab and psychological lab, guided by shiny maam, Joju sir, Maya maam and Ancy maam. In psychology lab we played with toys. We did skipping.

After two days holiday due to rain, the day begins with yoga, Sooryanamaskaram. It was followed by Joju sir's class on assessment test.  The afternoon session was physical education exam . It was conducted in two sesssions. The first session was physical science association, natural science association and malayalam. The later session was for English optional, Social science and maths.

INTERNSHIP DAT 30

  INTERNSHIP DAY 30 30 th  day of internship phase 2. I reached the school by 8:30am and then signed the attendance register at HM’s office. After that, I had  morning duty  in front of the LP section from 8:45am-9:15am.  The day began with the morning prayer at 9:25am.  In the first hour, we engaged in  paper correction of Talent Search Examination .  In the second hour from 10:15am-11:00am, I had class at  8Q . In  the third hour, I engaged in preparing the mark list of talent search exam. After that, I engaged in completing my record works.  In the afternoon session, there was no regular class due to the  PTA meeting  of high school students. At 3:30pm we signed the attendance register and after the National Anthem, left the school by 4:15pm.
