 BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

The day starts with a prayer followed by the class of Benedict sir. He said many valuable points which must be noted and learned by a teacher. One sentence he taught which attracted me most is "Before you teach your students, learn your learner". Yes the prime role of a teacher is to understand his students. He also said that a teacher must be a mentor, a social engineer and a factor of change in society. 


 

Dr.Joju John made the day best with his inspirational speech that rejuvenated our minds. We went through lot of thought process. In the discussion he shared how a teacher should be and should not be. His words touched our hearts. Highlight of the orientation was the puzzle given to student teachers inorder to kill the inhibitions. And finally the session ended with the melodious song sung by student teacher Kavya of English.


After lunch we had a class of Maya Ma'am. It was a very interesting. She taught us the application of education. She also teached us the three important impacts or changes that can be brought through education. They are psychomotor, cognitive and emotional. She also added the words of greek philosopher Socrates-

After two days holiday due to rain, the day begins with yoga, Sooryanamaskaram. It was followed by Joju sir's class on assessment test.  The afternoon session was physical education exam . It was conducted in two sesssions. The first session was physical science association, natural science association and malayalam. The later session was for English optional, Social science and maths.

  INTERNSHIP DAY 30 30 th  day of internship phase 2. I reached the school by 8:30am and then signed the attendance register at HM’s office. After that, I had  morning duty  in front of the LP section from 8:45am-9:15am.  The day began with the morning prayer at 9:25am.  In the first hour, we engaged in  paper correction of Talent Search Examination .  In the second hour from 10:15am-11:00am, I had class at  8Q . In  the third hour, I engaged in preparing the mark list of talent search exam. After that, I engaged in completing my record works.  In the afternoon session, there was no regular class due to the  PTA meeting  of high school students. At 3:30pm we signed the attendance register and after the National Anthem, left the school by 4:15pm.
